Also, I am not sure how to get there anymore but rec.gambling.poker has some really high level discussions sometimes. Or, at least they used to.
www.cardplayer.com has a lot of very good articles on the games you listed. Although you need to pay for the magazine or subscription, all the articles are free and on the website.

but to learn those games and strategy, I';d start out with some books, then play, then use the articles to help your game out...good luck.

There is no site or book that will train you to play good poker, only time at the table will help you. Books will give you a good understanding about the game and how it's played, but when you sit down at the table it is very different. All poker and flop type games and how you play your hands depends on many factors like, what is my position, what is my chip size, how many players in the hand, is the table loose or tight, am i up or am i losing so far, is the other players loose or tight, What have you been playing like (loose or tight) have you been bluffing or has your opponent bluffed you, and so on. So as you can see knowing your competition and how you and others play is key so no book or site can teach you. So just go and play, it may be painful to learn by loseing money but the knowledge you get is priceless.
