there is an advanced motorists site, for advanced driving skills .... it does not however show you how to perform such manoevers, considered for rallies and racing, maybe one of the racing sites have advice,
like silverstone or brans hatch
i found practice in Empty car parks or waste ground, with my car was best
What you're describing is not advanced driving, it's evasive driving. There are courses for evasive driving but they're normally incorporated into chauffeur or bodygaurd courses. See the below link.
