Unfortunately some idiots on here think that we should talk the talk all the time, never going to happen. Everyone can expect a blunt and to the point answer from myself and that's what i usually do and possibly the reason why i am third in the all time top answers for this category.
Don't slag some of us off just because we say what we see, some people prefer us to be that way.

I've been playing the piano for 9 years now, so lets see if I can help you a bit...
Guitar and Piano sheet music are very similar, except the Piano usually has treble clef and bass clef rows instead of just the treble row. So if you can read Guitar music, you're all set with the treble clef row. You'll just need to get used to bass clef (yes it's a bit confusing, but once you got it, it's easy).

First off you'll need to find ';middle C,'; it may not be in the exact middle, but that's what it's called. On Piano sheet music (that has both treble and bass clef), it's the very center of that space in between the rows. That note is C, that's why it's called ';middle C.'; Anyways, just look at your Piano keys, and try to pinpoint the exact center note, then from there, look for the closest C key, that's usually middle C.
Once you locate middle C, you can start playing! Try this piece:

One easy tip: When you see the note in the middle of the clef rows, with the horizontal line through it, that is middle C.

If you have something that you are very passionate about, and you really feel that you can add to the group consciousness that is the internet, then go for it.
You will need to market your site, and read up on how to drive more visitors to your site. You even see many people marketing there site here on Yahoo Answers, by trying to say their site has the answer to whatever the daily questions are :). But, that is really frowned on .. as it is really spam.
You really should concentrate on marketing the normal ways, maybe even buying into Google Adsense and placing adds with them, that drive traffic to your site, or join banner networks etc..

Wear comfortable shoes!!! I worked as a VIP hostess at a nightclub and every night my feet were killing me within one hour on the job. Of course we were required to wear at least 3 inch heals (job perk). If it can't be helped band aids, lots and lots of band aids.
Always smile! And above all never sleep or hook up with customers or you fellow employees. I can't even begin to tell you how many of my work companions got kicked out for that.
Have fun!!! Working nightclubs is loads of fun but plenty of hard work. (The drinks you'll learn quick...sink or swim)

you should at least look into names of top shelf and botto shelf booze. look @ the kinds of Schnapps the club stocks- Mixers- do you serve frozen drinks? Do you have drink specials? If I dont know a drink that someone orders I just say ';%26amp; how do you like that? How is it prepaired?'; You will be a walking drinktionary is a month! Relax. Alchol is good times for most folks %26amp; they dont mind if you dont know how to make something. Just get a look --some working knowledge of those top shelf choices, so you have a clue. It will save you time %26amp; get your tips quicker. Most of all never let your customer see the bodom of the glass. Keep the drinks comming unless they tell you different. I dont care if its coffee or pop-- Keep it full. No one in a club wants to wait for a drink. Get a great pair of shoes-- if you look like a dork-- but are comfee in the feet youll feel better. I know you will do fine! Dont focus on what you dont know. It will all come together like a--B--%26amp;c. Its just difficult as a questioner to know who is telling the truth.
I am pharmacy dispenser, there are pharmacists who answer on here, doctors, nurses, plumbers, electricians, petrol heads, people with legal expertise etc.
We are all from all different walks of life, reading some of the medical questions I know whose opinion to trust and whose not, but it is difficult to know who is and isnt genuine in most other cases.
Its good to get a variety of opionions about things, though the 'am I pregnant' questions annoy me, as theres no way anyone on here can answer that, only doing a test can answer that. For some reason, seeing that question at least 4 or 5 times a week drives me nuts.

Unless you live in/close to a very big city, I'd say it's a total waste of money.
You'd get better results advertising locally-- putting flyers up at local businesses, and maybe even asking the schools nearby to keep a cardholder with your business cards on their front desk. The newspaper is always a great place to advertise too. It really just depends on the city you live in. Most places, there's such a small chance of anyone finding you on that website that it's a waste.
Unless you live in/close to a very big city, I'd say it's a total waste of money.

I'm not very creative and know very little about what types of plants grow well in my area. Do you have or know of any free advice I could get. How many people who ask questions on this site, really take the advice given?

I believe that some people just like to see the response they get. Sometimes I do that, but sometimes I use the program to find real answers. Maybe even advice. Just recently I ';asked'; if my computer program would change the quality of my digital video if I made it into a DVD. I actually have. It was mostly advice on where to find things. Serious life choice advice I'm not sure. It really depends on the person asking the question. If you as a serious question their are knowledgable people who can give you serious answers. You just have to be aware of the jerks and people just looking to score some easy points. I had a person answer one of my questions as I don't know....... See what I mean.

Whilst browsing book publishing sites last year I stumbled across one (one of the major ones I believe) that had a small advice section from a literary agent. There was also a link to this agent.

I don't think it's weird to want to get your legal advice on the web, but I don't think you will find anything but general legal advice on the web because the attorneys have to have a client contract signed with you, etc. You would probably have to meet with the attorney at least once (first consultations are free) and then maybe you can handle most of your case by e-mail.
I did find a few websites that might help you though - and, who knows, I could be wrong and maybe someone will work with you exclusively on-line.

Marriage advice on this site about swinging?
I have been reading through several of the marriage questions and there are lots of comments about swinging and sugggesting it. Do couples really swing? And doesn't it hurt your marriage? I think it sounds great as a fantasy, and my wife and I have been married 10 years, but I don't know if we could ever go through with it. Is it really benefical for those couples who agree to do it? I tried it with my ex husband and it was the dumbest thing we did, it helped end our marriage. Course he is an extremely jealous person and it was stupidity on my part to agree to do it, but I wanted to please him (and I was a bit curious) we agreed to only the women having sex together and not swapping men, however he couldn't handle another man seeing me in my birthday suit and commenting on my body! It depends greatly on the couple. The couple who swings must be very secure and committed and have very strong and open communication. If there are things you don't feel you can talk about with your partner then swinging is probably not for you until you resolve that. If there are issues in your relationship, swinging WILL NOT fix those issues and it will most likely make them worse.

It should not be looked at as something beneficial but you should examine whether or not you feel that it could damage your relationship. Most often the greatest damage is done when one partner gets the idea stuck in their head and won't let it go. Swinging has to be something that both partners want and can talk openly about before they ever really take a step towards doing it.
I tried it. My ex-husband was a sex addict and swinging or otherwise including sex partners was just a way of justifying his behavior. We had a few positive experiences but in the end it contributed to the destruction of our marriage. I'm sorry but I believe if you enter that into your love life it will bring drama and open the door for lying, cheating and betrayal.
I don't know anyone who has been successful at swinging without breaking up their relationship.

Swinging isn't for me, and I would be very careful, but there are alot of people you would be surprised to learn that do it. My gf is a doctor and has multiple degrees, she just loves the action, my husband and I curl our toes at her stories.
Some couples benefit from it, but most are hurt by it.

Paris is wonderful and Florence is better... Last year I went to both and Paris is a dream but, the food not so good and people not so nice. The Eiffel Tower GREAT and the ride on the river very nice. Florence is Beautiful and the people are very nice even if you don't speak the Italian.. The shopping was great and ice cream and all the food was great. I hope to go back soon. I went with my sister on a tour GO Ahead Tours they are great. They take all the worries out of traveling but, covering all the details. Hotels, Food and where to go...

I know that Dreamweaver is the best program to get and I can learn to use it, but I would like guidance on the actual design process and how Dreamweaver can aid it, along with Do's and Don'ts on web design. The Elder Wisdom Circle (EWC) provides free and confidential advice on a broad range of topics. The EWC also publishes an advice column, in both a Web version and a syndicated print version that is carried in 25 publications.
The Elder Wisdom Circle is targeted towards young people looking for advice from a “cyber-grandparent”. Online advice seekers from all over the world are paired with a network of volunteer seniors (aged 60 to 105) who share their knowledge, insight, and wisdom. Most seeking advice are 15-40 years old, but people of any age can request advice on virtually any topic and will receive a free and personalized e-mail response.
After submitting a request for advice through the EWC web site, a personal reply arrives via e-mail, usually within a few days. Advice is provided on a wide range of issues, such as love and relationships, family and child-rearing, career and self-improvement, and cooking and home care. The service is confidential and advice-seekers are assured anonymity and privacy. If a letter is selected for publication, any references to identifying information are removed; advice seekers may also request that their letter not be published.
In the book ';The Elder Wisdom Circle Guide for a Meaningful Life'; by Doug Meckelson and Diane Haithman, 60 individual Elders and nine Elder groups from across North America tackle some of the most compelling questions that have come to the Elder Wisdom Circle.
The book provides a forum for multiple responses and creates a dialogue between Elders, who apply their experience and knowledge to the following topics: Overcoming life's obstacles; parent-child relationships; sibling rivalry; self-discovery; lasting love; decision-making; career; aging; and loss. In the final chapter, the Elders offer their secrets for living life the wise way.

The Elder Wisdom Circle was founded in 2001 by Doug Meckelson. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in California, the EWC is all-volunteer run and advice is provided at no cost. Since its inception, the EWC has continued to gain in popularity and now has more than 600 advice-giving volunteers. The EWC ranks #1 in e-mail advice in both the Google and Yahoo directories, and the Center for Civic Partnerships ranked the EWC one of the four most innovative inter-generational activities.
