Opening up a caravan/camping site in the UK - advice!!?

I have an area of land that is ideal for a camp site - it is near Sedgefield, County Durham. How do I go about making it into a campsite for caravans, tents, motorhomes, trailertents etc? Start by creating a business plan, that identifies all areas of concern. Read a book or two on 'owning your own business'.





Prepare for some late-night intrusions, from late arrivers, and people needing help of some sort.
