Does anybody know of a site where i can get writing advice and critiques on papers and blogs i have written?

I have a very sedentary and sometimes slow job, (i won't say where), and as such i spend a lot of time goofing off on the internet and especially writing blogs and such. I'd like to get better at it though. I think it would be very satisfying and constructive if i could have what i write in my off time critiqued. I'm looking for a site that can offer that... but free. Does anybody know of a site where i can get writing advice and critiques on papers and blogs i have written?
