Found very sick stay dog. She needs help bad but I just can't afford to spend very much on a stray dog.Any help would be much appreaciated.Does anyone know of a web site to get free vet advice? Kinda like WEB MD but for pets?

Just call a vets office. They'll usually give you some basic advice free. If it's a stray, take it to the pound or animal shelter. They will take care of it.

merckvetmanual answered my questions about dogs heat cycles etc. little techincal though, petshealth refers you to a bunch of other sites. Sorry if I'm not much help
